Using the example of individual companies from the Celle region, this tour illustrates changes in jobs as well as working and living conditions of craftsmen and workers, outlines prerequisites for entrepreneurship and increasing turnover, and addresses the struggle of trade unions for better working conditions as well as the significance of unemployment.
