Room 06 - Biedermeier House

During this tour, a glimpse of the contradictory Biedermeier era between the Restoration and the Revolution is revealed. In the furnished salon, the kitchen or the bedchamber, you get an impression of the private lives of the citizens and the family circumstances of Celle merchants, mayors and craftsmen. The working conditions of servants and children in factories also show the darker side of the bourgeois standard of living.
